Combined with evaporation filtration and residual liquid evaporation system, the impurities mixed in DMAC waste liquid can form solid residue, improve the recovery rate and reduce pollution.

This DMAC recovery system uses five-stage vacuum dehydration and one-stage high vacuum rectification to separate DMAC from water, and combines with vacuum deacidification column to obtain DMAC products with excellent indexes. Combined with evaporation filtration and residual liquid evaporation system, the impurities mixed in DMAC waste liquid can form solid residue, improve the recovery rate and reduce pollution.

This device adopts the main process of five-stage + two-column high vacuum distillation, which is roughly divided into six parts, such as concentration, evaporation, slag removal, rectification, acid removal and waste gas absorption.

In this design, the process design, equipment selection, installation and construction are targeted to optimize and improve, in order to achieve the goal of making the device run more stable, the finished product quality is better, the operating cost is lower, the production environment is more environmentally friendly.
